THE GOD WHO WAS THERE

The refrain echoed by the media that Rajmohan Unnithan was arrested along with a woman under dubious circumstances has proved myopic and grossly erroneous. Had the frenzied self-styled moral policemen and the pack of drooling media wolves considered the possibilities of a divine intervention for a moment, they would have kept off from heaping calumnies on the venerable congress leader. He might have been found with a woman at an ungodly hour. But do you think god was reclining in his heavenly chair, sipping champagne with one hand and fondling breasts with the other? Woe betides those who thought and think so. He was wracking brains figuring out the best way punish the arrogant Unnithan who had lately been busy with accusing Abdul Nazar Madani of collusion with terrorists. They had forgotten that M was living only for us and any move against him would incur the wrath of god.
Look back and see for yourself. The man, who sat panic-struck chewing fingernails and trying to mask his face, had made incriminating remarks against Madani: rubbish like he was communal and dabbling in simple terrorist activities like blazing buses, you know. God grew agitated and devised a plan. He made Unnithan and that woman come together and diligently intimated the swelling moral policemen and saw how the mighty fall!! And how about the moral zealots? They were mere pawns in the hangs of the almighty in punishing a nasty snake!!
Let this be a warning to anyone against hurling wild accusations at others, especially the PDP stalwarts.

  1. The projection of Unnithan as the representative figure of moral turpitude and debauchery amongst the political class has not been without political interests. Of course the moral henchmen who beseiged the house, whose ownership or residing status has not been sleuthed in even by the channel goons, drew flak from none other than anh iconoclaust like Sakkariah. A rough up attempt by the DYFI( of course alleged as the organisation top brass has subsequently denied any involvement in the incident as it might, as usual, the mastermind of frustrated RSS of Popular Front thugs who put on the youth wings band ) men has triggered an influx of condemnation from insatiable statement hungry cultural critics like Azhikode.Let them come out in clear terms about the rights and wrongs of the perceived moral nose dive Unnithan made by the chivalrous accompaniment of a woman at an ungodly hour as you put it. But for his ignorance about the unimpeachable moral credentials of the Mancheriates, as manifested itself in the Natttukoottam like trial he had undergone as good as a couple of hours before succour reached him in the form of Khaki, he would have left her away in some junction with a talisman tied on her with the sole motive of saving her from the incubuses on prowl( assuredly the moralists wouldnt even frown upon a lady walking the roads at an odd hour there in Mancheri ) and have saved himself from the disgrace that threatens him to cost his political career.
IT seems a Hillary Clinton is in the making as one goes through the statement made by Mrs Unnithan in the aftermath of the sting operation undertaken by the citizenry.
Bizzare it is! Rahul Gandhi was provided with state security as he was having closeted prayers with Jovanitta.Fornication committed by young princes may be a pardonable sin in the moral scriptures of the land.
The progressive youth organisations and intelligentsia must prove their cause-commitment by undertaking campaigns supporting the legalisation of gay marriages & scraping the ante diluvian immoral traffic act; a dreaded issue for the govt in the land of pseudo moral zealotry..
